Case Review
With over 25 years of experience in conducting investigations throughout the United States and working with the U.S. Department of Justice - Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) Initiative, we are well-versed in providing an independent case review and cold case consultation for attorneys, government agencies, law enforcement, insurers, and other organizations. Our approach includes a thorough and objective review of existing reports, photographs, evidence, witness information, prior findings, expert opinions, and other available case materials to identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, overlooked information, or additional investigative avenues.
Information identified through the review process is carefully analyzed and, when appropriate, used to develop new investigative strategies, pursue additional information, reevaluate previous conclusions, and identify opportunities for further case development. By combining existing case information with newly discovered facts and a fresh, independent perspective, we work to provide clients with actionable findings that can advance the investigation and bring the matter to a successful, well-supported conclusion.
Whether providing a second opinion on an active matter or taking a fresh look at a long-standing or unresolved case, our focus is on thorough analysis, objective evaluation, and identification of the information needed to move the case forward.
